Terms & Conditions – Central Reservation System (CRS)

HINT Hotels & Resorts maintains strong and long-term relationships with all guests booked through online or offline channels and is committed to delivering quality services.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations initiated through our Central Reservation System (CRS).

1. Booking Confirmation
  • Bookings are accepted via written email, WhatsApp, authorized online travel agents, tour operators, or direct hotel bookings.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email or voucher is issued.
  • All rates, availability, promotions, festival discounts, and packages are subject to change without prior notice until confirmation.
2. Payment Policy
  • Advance payment is recommended for all bookings at the time of reservation.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or other authorized methods.
Non-Refundable / Non-Amendable Policy:
Once the booking is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.
3. Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
  • Guests must provide valid identification as per government regulations.
  • Guests are responsible for the conduct of all occupants in the room.
  • Any damage to hotel property or violation of rules may result in additional charges.
  • Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas unless designated smoking zones are provided.
  • Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance by hotel management.
5. Hotel Rights
  • The HINT Group of Hotels reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests violating policies or laws.
  • The CRS may alter room allocations, rates, or services due to operational requirements or overbooking.
  • The hotel is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
6. Promotions, Offers & Packages
  • All promotional rates and packages are subject to availability and specific terms.
  • Festival, seasonal, and early-bird offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables.
  • HINT Hotels & Resorts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Guests are advised to carry appropriate travel and health insurance.
8. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
